Food Should Taste Good MultiGrain Chip

It's a tortilla chip and a cracker... what could go wrong? I purchased this because obviously it was Gluten Free and it was 10 for $10 at Kroger. NO I did not get 10 I just got one and thought I would give it a spin. I did not see tortilla chip on the package I just assumed it was a cracker. Nor did I see all the things it says on the bottom of the front... right there in italics. Let me list it for you... Flax, Sunflower, and Sesame Seeds, Quinoa, Soy, Brown Rice. Ok so I know what a few of those are and the rest I pretty much leave up to the hippies, tree huggers, or more earth friendly folk. But at this point I am still ok with my decision to purchase the chips/ crackers. Then I turn to the back. Let me read to you the back: certified vegan, certified GF, certified Kosher, cholesterol free, good source of fiber, no trans fat, no msg, excellent source of whole grains, low sodium, not genetically modified, all natural, no artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives... OK so at this point I really do not want to open the bag. I am thinking, "self" this is for the earth and PETA people. But, since we did spend $1 on it, we need to at least try it... so I open it... and yes it is just as I would expect... I am going to blame it on the Flax and Quinoa... since I am not sure what those are! It was not totally bad since they were salty! So thankful for the salt! So, I go to the fridge and pull out my Laughing Cow Garlic and Herb Cheese.

Thankfully, it saved the day! Though, I was not laughing, it was at least tolerable at this point! As long as I did not think about it, it was ok... smothered in cheese!
